Hi, I’m Sarah and welcome to The Little Red Mixer.  What started as a baking blog has slowly emerged into one-stop shop for ordering your favorite cupcakes! The cupcake obsession began when I was 5 and sneaking frosting from my mom’s mixer and has never subsided, only getting stronger as I have become even better at making cupcakes that everyone wants to eat. I’m a cupcake connoisseur, having an incredible knowledge of flavors and what works and what doesn’t. I can tell you where to get the best cupcake in the the New York City Area area (hint: it is NOT Georgetown Cupcake or Magnolia Bakery), and which bakeries are hidden gems, and which aren’t worth the hype.

I’m currently based in the San Francisco Peninsula after relocating from New York. I can ship some items nationwide, unfortunately that is not cupcakes.

If I had $1.00 for every time someone told me, “you should sell these,” or “these are the best cupcakes I have ever had,” I’d have a lot of dollars and probably spend it on more ingredients and cupcake liners. Or alcohol to make all these cupcakes. I’ve made countless cupcakes for friends, parties, office celebrations, and just because it’s Wednesday. And now, I’m sharing my cupcake expertise with you!
